Our locum accommodations are new, modern, fully equipped, and located close to the hospital, community trails, and amenities.
Offering suitable accommodation is a key priority for attracting locums to support Primary Care Clinics and the Emergency Department.
We offer two locum accommodations, one managed by the North Peace Division of Family Practice and leased by Northern Health, and another that is leased and managed by us.
Offering everything needed for a convenient and comfortable stay
Our locum accommodations are new, modern, fully equipped, and located close to the hospital, community trails, and amenities. They are two-bedroom, two-bathroom condos, designed for short stays. The layout features kitchen and living room in the middle and a primary bedroom with en-suite on one side and additional bedroom and bathroom on the other side, easily accommodating a family.
Our locum accommodation is fully equipped with everything a locum might need for a comfortable stay, including linens, cookware, and in suite laundry.

The location was convenient for a short 10-minute drive to the hospital or clinic where I was working as well as to the local pool. The kitchen was well stocked. The building was quiet. Pickup and drop off of the key was easy and flexible for my late arrival time.
This apartment is excellent. The kitchen is well equipped with a separate laundry room. The beds are comfortable, and the linens are good quality. The Wifi is sufficiently speedy. It’s a short walk to the clinics and downtown, where there are several restaurants (recommend Whole Wheat and Honey, The North Bar and Grill, Olive Tree). The building is quiet, there is a gym and its close to a community trail.
The locum apartment is a comfortable living arrangement which removes the stress of living arrangements from locuming in Fort St. John. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to cook for yourself, and the in-building small gym allows for a convenient means to exercising.
